Product Description This door lock installation kit is designed to help facilitate the installation of a lockset in a wood or steel door. The plastic template fits doors that are either 1-3/8 in (35 mm) or 1-3/4 in (45 mm) thick and will accommodate a backset of 2-1/8 (54 mm) or 2-3/4 in (70 mm). The plastic template ensures that the high carbon steel hole saws (included) drill straight and true holes for both the lockset and latch for smooth operation.
